CONNECTION PROGRAM – CRSH

KHEOPS has received a $ 40 000 grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council for a project as part of the Connection Program.

With this grant, KHEOPS intends to set up a program of activities aimed at disseminating and co-constructing knowledge that integrates social issues to the study of large infrastructure projects.

Various activities will be organized throughout 2018-2019, such as seminars, a public lecture and an art exhibition. These activities will be an opportunity to exchange from different expertise and perspectives.

This Connection project was presented by Nathalie Drouin, main candidate of the application and Executive Director of KHEOPS. Professor Drouin was assisted in this endeavor by two co-researchers: Marie-Andrée Caron (professor at École des Sciences de la Gestion, UQAM) and Soumaya Cherkaoui (professor at the department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering, University de Sherbrooke) and two collaborators: Alice Jarry (professor at the department of Design and Computation Arts, Concordia University) and Alexandra Prohet (Assistant Director of KHEOPS).
