🔸 Nathalie Drouin was a guest speaker at the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE), Montreal Chapter, for a presentation about Project Leadership: How to balance vertical and horizontal leadership in management. (October 21, 2020)
🔸 Nathalie Drouin and Charlotte Alix Séguin were invited by the St. Lawrence Economic Development Council(SODES) to talk about social acceptance of major port projects. (November 18, 2020)
🔸 Nathalie Drouin was invited by the Women’s Infrastructure Network to participate in a webinar about Thinking differently about governance: The importance of environmental and social aspects. (November 26, 2020)
🔸 Alice Jarry presented a conference at Infra2020 about the Deconstruction of the Champlain Bridge: Materials recovery and public engagement. Marie-Andrée Caron also presented about the Integration of non-financial benefits during the life cycle of infrastructure megaprojects at the same event. Infra2020 is a congress organized by the Centre d’expertise et de recherche en infrastructures urbaines (CERIU).
🔸 Shankar Sankaran, Alfons Marrewijk and Ralf Müller presented the paper Narrative Inquiry into Megaproject Leadership: a Novel Framework for Analysis in Track Multi-level Perspective on Major and Megaprojects (ST 10_01) at EURAM 2020, with Nathalie Drouin
