Three researchers, members of KHEOPS community, Ralf Müller, Shankar Sankaran and Nathalie Drouin, were selected by the International Project Management Association (IPMA) to be given the 2019 Research Award for their study on balanced leadership. Congratulations to the team!
Summary: This white paper explores person-centric and team-centric approaches to leadership in managing projects, and extends current research work on leadership by broadening the scope from person-centric to person-and-team-centric leadership.
