KHEOPS was pleased to welcome an experienced project manager from the petroleum and construction industry in Australia, Mr. John Parker. He shared his knowledge on the benefits of an alliance approach to the governance of major infrastructure projects. In addition, this meeting also provided a better understanding of the processes that led this expert and his team to the success of the “Queensland Clean Fuels Project”, a project that took a different look at major infrastructure management.
