Governance and integrity of major public infrastructure projects: practices and recommendations

Steve Jacob of the IDEA, Laval University and his collaborators published a literature review entitled “Governance and integrity of major public infrastructure projects”.

This document provides a detailed overview of transgression practices related to ethics and integrity of governance in major public infrastructure projects of OECD countries. It also identifies risk factors, existing practices and recommendations to reduce these transgression practices.

This document is produced as part of a research project co-funded by KHEOPS and FRQSC entitled: “Ethical Risk Prevention in the Management of Major Infrastructure Projects: Senior Management Decision-Making, Good Governance and an Ethical Culture”.
